TrueScreenHR (“TrueScreenHR,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is operated by OLOSD LLC, an Illinois, USA limited liability company. This policy explains what personal information we collect through truescreenhr.com (the “Platform”), how we use it, and who we share it with. By creating an account, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.
Information we collect
Account information
Name, email address, password (stored as a salted hash, never in plain text), and account role (candidate or employer).
Candidate profile information
City, country, and timezone; job preferences (work preference, employment type, availability, willingness to relocate, industry, education level); skills; years of experience; and any resume text you paste in. Resume text is used to tailor your interview questions and to extract skills — it is not itself displayed on your public profile.
Interview and scoring data
Your full interview transcript (every question and answer), and the AI-generated scores and insights produced from it: an overall score plus technical, communication, problem-solving, emotional, and experience sub-scores; a cognitive-style label, strengths, growth areas, and an archetype.
Behavioral integrity data
While you take the interview, we record signals used to flag whether an answer may not be your own writing: whether text was pasted into an answer, how many characters were pasted versus typed, and how long you took to respond to each question. These signals feed into an integrity score and fraud-risk rating. This exists to protect candidates who answer honestly from being undercut by AI-generated or copied answers. If you edit a previously submitted answer before your interview is finalized, the same paste-detection applies to the edit.
Employer information
Company name, industry, location, website, and description, for employer accounts.
Usage data
When an employer views a candidate's profile, we record that view (which employer, which candidate, when) so candidates can see their own profile activity and employers can see their browsing history.
How we use it
- To generate your interview questions and score your answers, using Anthropic's Claude API.
- To build and display your candidate profile to employers on the Platform.
- To compute integrity and fraud-risk signals that protect the credibility of the assessment.
- To send account-related email (password resets, interview-completion confirmations) via our email provider, Brevo.
- To operate, maintain, and improve the Platform.
Who can see it
If you signed up on your own, your profile becomes visible to employers browsing the Platform automatically once you complete your interview and receive a score. If an employer invited you, your profile is shared only with that employer unless you choose to join the public marketplace from your dashboard, and you can leave it again at any time. If you were invited by a staffing agency, only that agency and the employers it chooses to share your profile with can see it. If you'd like your profile taken down or made private, reach out through our contact page and we'll handle it manually.
Employers who view your public profile can see:
- Your scores, insight panel, archetype, and full interview transcript.
- Your integrity score, response-time data, and paste-detection signals — this is shown to employers only, never to other candidates, and never displayed on your public profile to the general public.
- Your email address, once they open your profile (recorded as a profile view).
We also share limited data with service providers who process it on our behalf, strictly to run the Platform: Anthropic (interview generation and scoring), Brevo (transactional email), Neon (database hosting), and Vercel (application hosting). We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not use it for advertising.
Data retention and deletion
We retain your account, profile, and interview history for as long as your account is active, including past scores from previous interviews (shown as score history if you re-interview). You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time through our contact page.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us. If you are located in the European Economic Area, UK, or a US state with its own privacy law, you may have additional statutory rights over your data; contact us and we will do our best to accommodate them.
International use
The Platform is available globally, and our servers and service providers are located in the United States. By using the Platform, you understand your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
Cookies
We use only the essential session cookie required to keep you signed in. We do not currently use third-party advertising or analytics cookies.
Children's privacy
The Platform is intended for users 18 and older and is not directed at children.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the effective date above. Continued use of the Platform after a change means you accept the updated policy.
