Why we built TrueScreenHR
A verified way to show what you can actually do — without repeating the same phone screen for every application.
The problem
We spent time on the hiring-manager side of the table before building this — screening stacks of resumes and running round after round of interviews, and still coming away without a real read on whether someone could do the job. Resumes are optimized to get past a first glance, not to show actual ability. And on the other side, candidates are stuck repeating the same 30-minute phone screen for every company they apply to, answering the same questions, proving the same things, over and over.
What we built instead
TrueScreenHR is a hiring marketplace built around one idea: interview once, get seen by many. Candidates go through a single AI-led interview — technical, behavioral, and practical questions tailored to their background — and get back a scored, verified profile. Employers browse those profiles directly, by score, skill, and fit, instead of starting from a resume and hoping.
The score is the trust signal. It's meant to replace the first-round phone screen, not a human's final hiring judgment — employers still make the actual decision, with a much better starting point than a PDF.
Your data
We know an AI interview asking for real information about your work history is a big ask of trust. Here's the short version: your interview answers are used to generate your score and profile, and that profile is visible to employers on the platform once your interview is complete. We don't sell your data to third parties. The full breakdown of what we collect and why is in our Privacy Policy.
Who's behind this
TrueScreenHR is built and operated by the TrueScreenHR team, under OLOSD LLC (Illinois, USA). We're early — this is a small, independently-run platform, not a large HR-tech company. If you have questions, feedback, or a data request, reach out through our contact page — a real person reads it.
